Join us as a Junior Analyst at Helexia Italy!
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Financial Analyst to join our Finance team.
You will assist in month-end closing and related performance analysis. Through financial analysis, you will collaborate with the Italy CFO and Group FP&A team in developing investment business cases and improving the control and reporting framework.
Main Responsibilities of the role:
- Preparation of month-end closing and reporting packages within agreed deadlines.
- Monthly reporting and analysis of deviations vs Budget or Forecast.
- Analysis of performance and trends.
- Business case development to support investment decisions
- Active player in developing new financial projects and initiatives
- Preparation of financial analysis and reports
- Support the budgeting and financial planning process
- Maintenance of financial models and databases
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent experience
- Great management of deadlines and conflicting agendas
- Positive attitude and team working (being proactive in developing solutions)
- Excellent in using presentation and spreadsheet software
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English and Italian (French is a plus)
- Curious mindset and eager to learn
